With real expertise in sustainable food, Entracte helps collective catering establishments to enter a virtuous process through training on a variety of subjects, such as menus and procurement, as well as through tailor-made support programmes.
Klimato’s mission is to reduce the impact of food by helping restaurant owners and other professionals in the sector to calculate the carbon footprint of their dishes.
Klimato also supports them in communicating with their guests through their own label. Restaurateurs also have access to a platform dedicated to monitor their GHG emission reduction targets.
Their goal? To fight climate change, one meal at a time.
